About Me



Barbara Ott-Mosimann

Born and raised in beautiful Langnau, Switzerland, Barbara Ott-Mosimann now lives and loves in Seattle. German is her native tongue. Mom of three amazing kids and a wife of a wonderful and supportive husband, she has been on her spiritual path for over two decades. For years, Barbara worked as an elementary school teacher in Switzerland. She travelled the world, met her future husband in Christchurch, New Zealand and settled in Seattle, where her husband is from. Barbara loves being a mom, being in nature, running, gardening and reading. She still spends a lot of her time in Switzerland when she visits family and friends. 
Always having been very sensitive to all energies around her, she decided to fully rediscover and strengthen her psychic and spiritual gifts. She took a year long intensive study class under Spiritual teachers Marisa Schmid and Solange Caviezel and got certified as a Psychic and Spiritual Medium in 2018.This served as the jumping board to deepen her strong interest in the spiritual.

2019 - Assistant teacher in Marisa Schmid's Mystical Arts training
• 2020 - "Mediumship Level II" with James Van Praagh, www.jvpschoolofmysticalarts.com with in-person graduation March 2022 and weekly small group development circles until April 2022 
• 2020 - “Spiritual Development Circle” Weekly circle with fellow students interested in spiritual growth. Connecting to spirit, guides, masters, angels and sharing their uplifting teachings amongst circle members. Still meeting to this date.
• 2021 - “Expand your Innate Mediumship Skills with Soul to Soul Communication” with Suzanne Giesemann, 8 week class www.theshiftnetwork.com
